Shipping Policy

All of our soccer jerseys are shipped within the United States via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer two flat-rate shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: USD $12.00 anywhere in the USA
  • Express Shipping: USD $30.00 anywhere in the USA

UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by an additional 2 – 3 days beyond our usual lead times. We are working hard to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order is placed, cancellations or adjustments are not possible. Please allow 1 – 5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times will vary, but on average you can expect:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 10 - 20 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: Approximately 5 - 15 business days after dispatch
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

Business Days

Jersey Gowan only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and our support team will work with you to find a suitable solution.
