Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Jersey Gowan. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. You can initiate an exchange or return quickly and easily by contacting us by chat.
RETURN PERIOD:
You have a 14-day return period, starting on the day you receive your package. During this time, you may return your products without providing a reason. Please ensure that your returned item(s) are shipped back to us within this 14-day window.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
All returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition, suitable for resale, and with the original tags still attached. Please note that any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
NOTE ON SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL DEALS:
- Sale Items: For products purchased on sale, Jersey Gowan does not provide refunds. These items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- 1+1 Deals: Both items from a 1+1 deal must be returned together for a refund. If you return only one of the two items, we can only offer an exchange (for a different size or color of the same product) for that single returned item. Store credit or refunds are not available when only one item from a 1+1 deal is returned. If you wish to only exchange one item, please return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.
RETURN COSTS:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your chosen courier and location. Our standard worldwide shipping rate for initial orders is $12.00, and express shipping worldwide is $30.00. Please note that any return shipping costs are not covered by Jersey Gowan.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME:
If you request an exchange, we will begin processing it as soon as we receive your return request. We strive to complete exchanges within a few days after the returned item arrives at our facility.
For refunds and other returns, once we receive your package, we will process it within 10 working days. After your refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my exchange product is no longer available?
If the product you want in exchange is sold out, please contact us by chat. We will provide you with an update on stock availability and work with you to find a suitable solution, such as an alternative product or store credit.
Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you cannot locate it, please contact our customer service team by chat for assistance.
What if my product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue. We will work with you promptly to find a suitable resolution, whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
What if I want to return my order outside the 14-day return period?
We strongly encourage you to return your order within 14 days. If, for some reason, you cannot make the return within this timeframe, please contact us by chat. In certain cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit as a courtesy.
